PRACTICE AREA
Appeals and Critical Motions
Several of our lawyers who are especially accomplished in brief-writing and oral advocacy make up Gerard Fox Law's Appeals and Critical Motions Group.
With a record of success in high-profile cases in state and federal courts, our lawyers provide specialized skills for preparing and arguing dispositive and other high-stakes trial court motions, as well as appellate motions, petitions, merits briefs, and amicus briefs. Frequently called on to work with or take over matters from trial lawyers at other firms, our Appeals and Critical Motions Group can look at a developing or closed trial court record with fresh and practiced eyes to spot winning issues and set a future course of action toward ultimate victory.
