BIOGRAPHY
Reed’s practice focuses on corporate litigation and trial related concerns. He brings former transactional experience to bear from mergers and acquisitions, general corporate counseling, and a wide variety of healthcare concerns. His clients include multinational media and digital marketing organizations, grassroots fashion and digital production enterprises, independent physician associations, multi-specialty physician groups, hospitals and hospital-affiliated foundations, care management organizations, and health system providers.
Reed’s transactional experience from drafting documents, governance and operational matters, to managing due diligence, has sharpened his negotiation and analytical skills. From a research and persuasive writing perspective, Reed has navigated statutes, codes, regulations, and other applicable guidance to ensure compliance with various federal, state, and agency regimes.
Prior to joining Gerard Fox Law, Reed worked as a Community/Disaster Preparedness Lead within Disaster Cycle Services for the American Red Cross and as a sales manager for internationally renowned production entities. Reed brings his prior interpersonal communication and networking skills to his practice.
