Disney's fight against Redbox took a turn recently, as a federal judge was not keen to grant an injunction against the DVD retailer. Related to the "combo" packs sold by the entertainment giant, through Buena Vista Home Entertainment, Disney contended that Redbox infringed on its copyright and the terms of its resale agreement by selling digital download codes separately from physical DVDs and Blu-rays.
